  • By placing an order on this web site, you give us permission to contact you regarding the order while fulfilling the order, including order updates, or any questions we may need to ask to ensure we can properly fulfill the order.
  • If we need additional information to fulfill the order, we’ll send you an email asking for the needed information.  If the email bounces, or we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll cancel any part of the order that cannot be fulfilled and issue a refund for that part of the order back to the original payment method.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this web site or order products from Victoria Aveline Shop.
  • We strive to ship items as quickly as possible, but some orders may take as long as 4 weeks before shipping.
  • Most orders will ship with all items in one shipment, so most orders will not ship until all items are ready to ship.  This can mean orders including back-ordered items may be delayed until the back-ordered items are available.
  • Orders with a shipping address outside the USA may be subject to additional taxes and fees assessed by the destination country’s customs department and/or customs brokers.  These fees may be assessed after the order has shipped, and the customer is responsible for paying any and all such fees.  Unfortunately we are not equipped to help estimate these costs, as they differ for every country and sometimes change frequently.
  • Some orders may include a coupon code for a discount off of future orders.  Inclusion of a coupon code will occur at our sole discretion, and there is no implication that any future order will include such a coupon unless explicitly stated otherwise.  Such coupons are only valid for a period of one year following delivery of the coupon, and may not be combined with other offers (coupons, sales, and the like).  They also may not be used to purchase gift cards.
  • Additional important terms can be found in our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
