Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to orders made directly from Victoria Aveline Shop (here at victoriaaveline.com). For info on refunds/exchanges for purchases made through a third party retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

We hope you love your purchase! If you’re looking to return or exchange your Victoria Aveline Shop order for whatever reason, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Item may only be refunded or exchanged up to the amount paid (for example, items purchased on sale or with a coupon may only be refunded up to the discounted amount paid or exchanged for store credit up to the discounted amount paid).
- Personalized products, such as books with a personalized signature, are not returnable for any refund.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email from shop@victoriaaveline.com to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
